Prior to Burger King, Mr. Brenneman was named President and CEO of PwC Consulting in June 2002. Before that, he served as President, COO and a member of the board of directors of Continental Airlines where he helped lead the airline as it completed a dramatic turnaround of its business. Prior to founding Turnworks, Mr. Brenneman was a Vice President for Bain & Co. He was previously employed as Independent Director by Edwards Group Ltd. and Chairman by QIP Holder LLC.

Mr. Brenneman holds a B.B.A. in Accounting/Finance, summa cum laude, from Washburn University of Topeka, Kansas and an M.B.A. with distinction from Harvard Business School. He was awarded an honorary Doctor of Commerce degree from Washburn University.
