Mr. Arteaga is also on the board of Brick Skirt Holdings, Inc. and Managing Member at Arteaga Investment Management Group LLC.

In his past career he occupied the position of Portfolio Manager at Pamplona Global Partners and Portfolio Manager at GAMCO Investors, Inc. Vice President-Equity Research at G.research LLC and Vice President for GAMCO Asset Management, Inc. (both are subsidiaries of GAMCO Investors, Inc.).

Mr. Arteaga received an MBA from Columbia University and an undergraduate degree from Boston College.
