Hudson Global Appoints Mimi Drake as Chair of the Board

("the Company") /zigman2/quotes/200551896/composite HSON +1.96% , a leading total talent solutions provider, announced today the appointment of Mimi Drake as Chair of its Board of Directors (the "Board"), effective January 1, 2022.

Ms. Drake has served as a director of the Company's Board since February 2019 and has chaired its Nominating and Governance Committee since May 2019.
