Here are four stocks breaking out, three of them to new highs, as we highlight charts with strong technical momentum.

Amkor Technology

Amkor Technology Inc. /zigman2/quotes/204596393/composite AMKR +2.89%  made a new high on Monday, up 22 cents, or 2%, to 12.32, on 1.8 million shares traded. Since we first highlighted this in August in the 7.00 range, this stock is up about 80%-85%. The stock is at the top of its long-term channel, but redrawing the channel based on its recent acceleration shows more room to run to the channel top. Watch for a move to 13.50-14.00 short term.
