NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- Albany International Corp. /zigman2/quotes/208627197/composite AIN +1.62% said Tuesday it expects fourth-quarter earnings of about 36 cents a share, including 20 cents in restructuring charges and an 8 cent gain on tax adjustments. The Albany, N.Y., company said it earned 38 a share in the 2004 fourth quarter. The company said fourth-quarter sales increased 4% to $247.9 million. The company also said it expects full-year earnings of about $2.18 a share. Meanwhile, the board also authorized the repurchase of up to 3.5 million Class A common shares.
