American Express's shares are off $2.45, or 2.5%, while those of Chevron have dropped $1.84, or 2.4%, combining for an approximately 28-point drag on the Dow. Also contributing significantly to the decline are Salesforce.com Inc. /zigman2/quotes/200515854/composite CRM -2.05% , Walt Disney /zigman2/quotes/203410047/composite DIS -0.24% , and Apple Inc. /zigman2/quotes/202934861/composite AAPL -5.60% . A $1 move in any one of the 30 components of the Dow results in a 6.58-point swing.
