President Joe Biden is slated to take executive actions as soon as Thursday to reopen federal marketplaces such as HealthCare.gov that sell Affordable Care Act health plans, said a Washington Post report late Monday citing unnamed sources. Signing up for coverage is usually tightly restricted outside a six-week period, the report said. Biden is also expected to lower recent barriers to joining Medicaid.
