The Dow Jones Industrial Average is up Wednesday afternoon with shares of Boeing and Raytheon Technologies Corp. seeing positive gains for the blue-chip average. Shares of Boeing (NYS:BA) and Raytheon Technologies Corp. (NYS:RTX) have contributed to the blue-chip gauge's intraday rally, as the Dow (DOW:DJIA) was most recently trading 221 points, or 0.8%, higher. Boeing's shares are up $8.34 (4.6%) while those of Raytheon Technologies Corp. are up $2.66 (4.4%), combining for a roughly 75-point bump for the Dow. Also contributing significantly to the gain are American Express (NYS:AXP) , Walt Disney (NYS:DIS) , and Dow Inc. (NYS:DOW) . A $1 move in any of the index's 30 components results in a 6.86-point swing.
