Bouygues Telecom, the telecommunication arm of Bouygues SA, on Friday presented its strategic plan for the next five years as it aims to become the second biggest telecoms operator in mobile in France.
Bouygues Telecom unveiled financial targets for 2026 that included achieving more than 7 billion euros ($8.51 billion) in sales from services compared with about EUR4.9 billion in 2020. The company is also targeting earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization after leases of roughly EUR2.5 billion for 2026, compared with approximately EUR1.5 billion in 2020.
Bouygues Telecom wants to reach around EUR600 million in free cash flow in 2026 compared with around EUR250 million expected in 2020, and EUR300 million in 2019, it said.
The company also said that it aims to gain an additional 3 million customers in the French fiber-to-the-home market, and double its market share in fixed B2B.
