Britvic PLC said Thursday that revenue for the first quarter of fiscal 2021 fell due to the continued negative impact of the coronavirus pandemic.
The soft-drinks maker--which houses the Fruit Shoot, Robinsons, Tango and J2O brands--said revenue fell 9.8% year-on-year during the quarter ended Dec. 31.
"We would expect performance to continue to be significantly affected by similar adverse channel and pack mix to that which we saw in the second half of fiscal 2020, and gradually improve following the lifting of restrictions," the company said.
