Cisco's shares are down $5.60, or 11.6%, while those of Exxon Mobil are off $1.02, or 2.3%, combining for an approximately 45-point drag on the Dow. Walgreens Boots /zigman2/quotes/203410933/composite WBA +1.14% , Goldman Sachs /zigman2/quotes/209237603/composite GS -0.08% , and American Express /zigman2/quotes/203805826/composite AXP +0.85% are also contributing significantly to the decline. A $1 move in any of the benchmark's 30 components results in a 6.86-point swing.
