DeNova Homes Announces Grand Opening of Delaney Park, a Thoughtfully Designed Master-Planned Community in Oakley, California

Twelve model homes in five residential collections along with recently completed recreational amenities are now available for touring in the highly anticipated community set along the Sacramento-San Joaquin River Delta

Delaney Park, the thoughtfully designed master-planned community along the Sacramento-San Joaquin River Delta in Oakley, California, is “Good To Grow.” DeNova Homes announced its highly anticipated Grand Opening will take place this Saturday, February 8th, 2020 from 11 AM to 4 PM.

The celebration, in partnership with the masterplan’s nationally recognized homebuilder partners—D.R. Horton, KB Home, Brookfield Residential and Richmond American Homes – will be highlighted by the grand opening of the community’s parks, lake and the 12 model homes in five residential collections now selling.

At completion, Delaney Park will include up to 581 single-family residences centered around a recently completed lake that anchors community amenities including playgrounds, tot lots, bocce ball and basketball courts, barbecue pits and picnic areas aimed at attracting homebuyers looking for a suburban lifestyle with more space and attainably priced homes.

During the Grand Opening celebration, interested home shoppers will have the opportunity to tour the furnished model homes, community park, playground, lake, trails and more. The event will feature food, drinks, family fun activities and live music played by 95.3 KRTY Radio. KRTY will also be providing two free tickets to the 2020 Country Megaticket, which will be awarded through a giveaway contest on-site.

“Delaney Park is ideal for the increasing number of homebuyers who are priced out of most Bay Area markets but are searching for more affordable options with plenty of space, an abundance of lifestyle amenities and access to great public schools,” said Ann Marie Olson, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for DeNova Homes. “Our builders have been attracting a variety of families who want to achieve the dream of home ownership while maintaining a close connection to the strong job markets and culture of San Francisco and Sacramento, which is even more possible with the recent completion of the Antioch BART extension. We look forward to showcasing all that Delaney Park has to offer during our Grand Opening celebration.”

The neighborhoods of Delaney Park feature a wide range of architectural styles, from Traditional and Farmhouse to Prairie and Spanish with prices ranging from the high $400,000s to the high $500,000s. Single and two-story floorplans will incorporate open living concepts that encourage togetherness and flexibility with additional plan options for lofts and downstairs bedrooms.
