Shares of American Express /zigman2/quotes/203805826/composite AXP +3.26% and Goldman Sachs /zigman2/quotes/209237603/composite GS -0.58% are contributing to the blue-chip gauge's intraday decline, as the Dow /zigman2/quotes/210598065/realtime DJIA +1.85% was most recently trading 104 points, or 0.3%, lower. American Express's shares are off $5.03, or 4.0%, while those of Goldman Sachs have declined $7.35 (2.5%), combining for an approximately 84-point drag on the Dow. Intel /zigman2/quotes/203649727/composite INTC +4.13% , Caterpillar /zigman2/quotes/203434128/composite CAT +3.47% , and Boeing /zigman2/quotes/208579720/composite BA -0.66% are also contributing significantly to the decline. A $1 move in any of the Dow's 30 components results in a 6.78-point swing.
