Nike's shares have declined $4.77, or 4.5%, while those of Caterpillar are off $5.14 (2.8%), combining for an approximately 65-point drag on the Dow. Other components contributing significantly to the decline include Travelers /zigman2/quotes/206313935/composite TRV -1.34% , Home Depot /zigman2/quotes/208081807/composite HD -2.30% , and JPMorgan Chase /zigman2/quotes/205971034/composite JPM -1.71% . A $1 move in any of the Dow's 30 components results in a 6.59-point swing.
