Shares of Intel /zigman2/quotes/203649727/composite INTC -0.93% and Pfizer /zigman2/quotes/202877789/composite PFE -3.33% are contributing to the index's intraday decline, as the Dow /zigman2/quotes/210598065/realtime DJIA -2.98% was most recently trading 151 points, or 0.6%, lower. Intel's shares are off $9.14 (15.1%) while those of Pfizer are down $0.99 (2.6%), combining for an approximately 69-point drag on the Dow. Merck /zigman2/quotes/209956077/composite MRK -4.11% , Cisco /zigman2/quotes/209509471/composite CSCO -2.24% , and Johnson & Johnson /zigman2/quotes/201724570/composite JNJ -3.93% are also contributing significantly to the decline. A $1 move in any of the index's 30 components results in a 6.86-point swing.
