Salesforce.com Inc.'s shares have climbed $9.59, or 4.0%, while those of JPMorgan Chase are up $3.82, or 2.7%, combining for a roughly 88-point boost for the Dow. Caterpillar /zigman2/quotes/203434128/composite CAT +0.36% , Boeing /zigman2/quotes/208579720/composite BA -1.17% , and Chevron /zigman2/quotes/205871374/composite CVX -0.44% are also contributing significantly to the gain. A $1 move in any of the Dow's 30 components results in a 6.58-point swing.
