Dow Inc.'s shares are up $0.55, or 1.3%, while those of UnitedHealth are up $5.51 (1.1%), combining for an approximately 40-point boost for the Dow. Home Depot /zigman2/quotes/208081807/composite HD +1.96% , Visa /zigman2/quotes/203660239/composite V -0.09% , and Goldman Sachs /zigman2/quotes/209237603/composite GS +2.02% are also contributing significantly to the gain.
