Walt Disney's shares are down $4.14 (2.1%) while those of Home Depot have dropped $5.42 (2.1%), combining for a roughly 63-point drag on the Dow. Johnson & Johnson /zigman2/quotes/201724570/composite JNJ +0.29% , IBM /zigman2/quotes/203856914/composite IBM -0.04% , and Intel /zigman2/quotes/203649727/composite INTC +1.29% are also contributing significantly to the decline.
