EasyJet PLC said Friday that Kenton Jarvis--currently a boss at TUI AG--has been appointed chief financial officer, replacing Andrew Findlay, who as previously announced will be stepping down from the board and leaving the company.
The low-cost carrier said Mr. Jarvis is currently chief executive of aviation, and business improvement director, markets, at Germany-based travel group TUI.
The company said Mr. Jarvis has extensive experience in the travel and aviation sector, having held a variety of finance roles including finance director of the northern region for TUI.
EasyJet said it will provide an update on Mr. Jarvis's start date in due course.
