HeidelbergCement AG said Tuesday that revenue for the fourth quarter of 2019 fell on year as the trading of fuels reduced in the quarter, according to preliminary figures.

The German cement maker reported revenue for the quarter of 4.6 billion euros ($4.96 billion), from EUR4.7 billion for the same quarter the previous year.

Earnings from current operations rose to EUR603 million from EUR584 million a year earlier, while earnings from current operations before depreciation and amortization increased to EUR968 million from EUR858 million.

HeidelbergCement will release its full results on March 19.
