Add a falling dollar to the already-long list of things that retirees are told to worry about. Some analysts have even begun referring to “peak dollar,” which certainly sounds scary.

The U.S. Dollar Index /zigman2/quotes/210598269/delayed DXY +0.03% has been climbing more or less steadily over the last decade, gaining about 25% against a basket of foreign currencies. And, needless to say, it’s also been a very good decade for U.S. equities.
