IBM's shares are off $13.13, or 10.0%, while those of Intel have dropped $5.43, or 8.7%, combining for an approximately 122-point drag on the Dow. Travelers /zigman2/quotes/206313935/composite TRV -1.96% , American Express /zigman2/quotes/203805826/composite AXP -2.01% , and UnitedHealth /zigman2/quotes/210453738/composite UNH -1.01% are also contributing significantly to the decline. A $1 move in any one of the 30 components of the index equates to a 6.58-point swing.
