Two health companies priced their initial public offerings Wednesday. Health Catalyst Inc. /zigman2/quotes/213268802/composite HCAT +0.03% , a provider of data and analytics technologies and services to health-care organizations, priced its IPO late Wednesday at $26 a share, above its previous range of $24 to $25. The company sold 7 million shares to raise $182 million. The stock will start trading on Thursday on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol "HCAT." Digital-health company Livongo [S: LVGO] also announced the pricing of its IPO on Wednesday at $28 per share, higher than its previous range of between $24 and $26 a share. The company sold around 12.7 million shares of its common stock to raise $355.2 million. Shares will begin trading Thursday on the Nasdaq under the symbol "LVGO."
