NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- Northwestern Corp. /zigman2/quotes/208537368/composite NWE +1.84% said early Tuesday it has entered into an agreement with Bicent (Montana) Power Company, LLC, to sell Northwestern's approximately 30% ownership interest in Colstrip Unit 4, a 740-megawatt coal-fired electric generating facility located in Colstrip, Montana, for $404 million in cash. Shares of Northwestern ended almost 1% higher Monday at $26.25.
