Remy Cointreau SA (RCO.FR) said Wednesday that fourth-quarter revenue rose despite the negative effect of the earlier timing of the Chinese New Year.

The French premium-spirits company said revenue in the quarter rose just over 12% to 297.1 million euros ($333.7 million), compared with EUR265 million the year previous.

Organic growth, which strips out currency effects, rose 7% over the same period.

Remy's sales for the 12-month period ended March 31 stood at EUR1.22 billion.

The maker of Cointreau liqueur confirmed its guidance for fiscal 2019.
