Salesforce.com Inc.'s shares are down $2.78 (1.2%) while those of Microsoft are off $1.92, or 0.9%, combining for a roughly 31-point drag on the Dow. Chevron /zigman2/quotes/205871374/composite CVX -2.30% , American Express /zigman2/quotes/203805826/composite AXP -1.33% , and Procter & Gamble /zigman2/quotes/202894679/composite PG -2.41% are also contributing significantly to the decline.
