Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell is working with Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer to bring legislation to the floor containing additional coronavirus aid for small businesses on Thursday, Republican Sen. Marco Rubio of Florida said Tuesday on Twitter . Rubio said there was hope the measure would be passed by voice vote. The new Paycheck Protection Program for small businesses created in Washington's response to the pandemic "will need at least another $200-$250 billion," the senator added.
