J.M. Smucker Co. (NYS:SJM) said late Wednesday Chief Financial Officer Mark Belgya will retire Sept. 1, 2020, with Tucker Marshall, the vice president of finance, succeeding him at the conclusion of Smucker's current fiscal year in May. Smucker also created a chief operating officer role and started to look for candidates for the position. Shares of Smucker were flat in the extended session after ending the regular trading day up 0.6%.
