Its two power utilities at North Carolina and Piedmont Natural Gas are looking for expansion of efforts as they roll out Hire North Carolina program and hope to rope in local and diverse contractors from here. The program is being rolled out by the company for its major construction projects.

This program was a mandatory one for some of the major utilities in North Carolina as per the orders of N.C. Utilities Commission. This program came into effect in April 2019 for encouraging and measuring public utility companies of North Carolina subcontractors, contractors, businesses and vendors, which include minority and women, owned businesses as well.

The projected revenue in present quarter is seen in line with the estimates of Wall Street, indicating that remote workers puff out has created steady demand for the security software.

For the quarter ending July 2020, the company is hoping to have sales in the range between $185 million to $187 million. The analysts, on an average, are pegging this sale at $185 million. The company is expecting loss of $0.1-$0.2, excluding a few items. This is much better than what the analysts are expecting ($0.9). The annual revenue forecast of company is affirmed at $780 million.
