Vital Farms Announces Filing of Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering

AUSTIN, Texas, Jul 09, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE via COMTEX) -- AUSTIN, Texas, July 09, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Vital Farms, Inc. ("Vital Farms"), a Certified B Corporation that offers a range of ethically produced pasture-raised foods nationwide, today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") relating to the proposed initial public offering of its common stock. Vital Farms has applied to list its common stock on The Nasdaq Stock Market under the ticker symbol "VITL." The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. The offering is subject to market conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.
