Biggs will stay on in the CFO role until a new CFO is named, and then will aid with the transition until he steps down on Jan. 31, 2023. Biggs is leaving to pursue opportunities in the for-profit and nonprofit sectors. Walmart will consider both internal and external candidates for the job.
