Nov 20, 2019 (MarketNewsVideo.com via COMTEX) -- The Vanguard Total World Stock ETF (VT) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Wednesday, with over 2.8 million shares traded versus three month average volume of about 1.6 million. Shares of VT were down about 0.3% on the day.

Components of that ETF with the highest volume on Wednesday were Chesapeake Energy (CHK), trading up about 3% with over 64.1 million shares changing hands so far this session, and Advanced Micro Devices (AMD), up about 1% on volume of over 42.9 million shares. California Resources (CRC) is the component faring the best Wednesday, up by about 18.2% on the day, while Gannett (GCI) is lagging other components of the Vanguard Total World Stock ETF, trading lower by about 29.2%.
