Atos SE said that it has agreed to make three acquisitions as part of its mid-term plan, and that the company will start a strategic review of noncore assets.
The French information-technology company said it has agreed to buy product lifecycle management company Processia, cryptography company Cryptovision and video-analytics software company Ipsotek.
"In order to accelerate the change of our business mix, the group will activate a third dimension and initiate a strategic portfolio review of noncore assets," the company said.
Atos didn't disclose financial terms for the deals, which are expected to close by the end of the third quarter, it said.
