The musician Anton Zaslavski — better known as Zedd — is looking to record a sale of his posh property in Beverly Hills, CA, Dirt reports. It’s available for $26.5 million.
The DJ scored the brand-new contemporary for $16 million in 2018. Built in 2016, the spec house had been on the market for about two years, for as much as $25 million, before Zedd rolled in.
After his purchase, the Grammy winner invited Architectural Digest over to showcase his interior stylings. Highlights included a Skittles candy machine in the game room, and a dining island with two built-in Korean barbecue charcoal grills, plus an indoor olive tree.
At the time, Zedd called his luxe abode “modern and slick, but really warm.”
But now that he’s spun the swanky spot back onto the market, those warm touches can be enjoyed by the next owner. If that’s not enticing enough, there’s also an almost completed recording studio.
The home spans 11,043 square feet, and the layout offers five bedrooms, six full bathrooms, and three half-bathrooms. The layout opens to a great room with double-height ceilings, an atrium with a fountain, and greenery.
An open kitchen includes a prep area, plus a pantry with access to the dining room.
Upstairs, the enormous master suite takes over the entire second floor, with a private terrace with panoramic views, a fireplace, two large walk-in closets, as well as a bathroom with steam shower.
Four more guest suites can be found downstairs, and three of them open directly out to the pool.
Other amenities include a soundproofed custom home theater, “designed and tuned by a Grammy-award winning recording artist,” according to the listing.
An indoor-outdoor gym comes with a dedicated bathroom.
Outside, the acreage includes fruit and vegetable gardens, a pool, and entertainment features such as a fire pit, outdoor kitchen, and lounge space.
With so much land, the next owner could choose to add a guesthouse. Indeed, the listing notes that plans have already been approved for a 5,600-square-foot guesthouse with a bowling alley.
When not laying down tracks, Zedd seems to have enjoyed his luxury home base with his furry friend. He posted photos of himself with his pup captioned, “My dawg.” Awwww.
But perhaps Zedd, 31, doesn’t expect to spend as much time at home. Lucrative tour dates beckon, and his multiyear Las Vegas residency is ramping back up. Alternatively, he simply wants to sell this sweet pad for a profit, and move to another rocking piece of real estate.
Zedd has collaborated with chart-topping artists such as Ariana Grande, Katy Perry, and Selena Gomez. Forbes ranked him as the 17th highest-paid DJ in the world in 2019.
Ethan Peskowitz with Westside Estate Agency holds the listing.
