Ferrari NV /zigman2/quotes/208128355/composite RACE -2.09% said Friday that Antonio Picca Piccon will take over as chief financial officer on July 30, replacing incumbent Alessandro Gili, who is leaving on May 31.

Mr. Picca Piccon has been CFO at Ariston Thermo Group SpA since late 2014 and before that he spent 15 years at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles NV (FCA.MI), where he held several senior finance roles, according to the sports-car maker.

"I've known Antonio Picca Piccon for a long time, having had a chance to work with him in FCA [Fiat Chrysler]," Sergio Marchionne, chairman and chief executive at both Ferrari and Fiat Chrysler, said.
