Duty has also pointed out that the software will be a first-party service rather than the offering being sold through the Azure marketplace. The same also goes for its partnership with Amazon. The company has also collaborated with Tencent Holdings Ltd (otcmkts:TCEHY) and Alibaba Group Holding Ltd (NYS:BABA)

Approximately 800,000 organizations use the company's software. Nearly 90% of these use the open-source, free version, while the rest use the commercial Grafana Cloud Editions and Grafana Enterprise St3ack.

As per its collaboration with Microsoft, Grafana Labs has created a service where businesses can run the software in the Azure platform, which will enable them to deploy scalable and secure Grafana instances easily.
