Scotland to impose new lockdown starting at midnight

Scotland is going to a March-style lockdown as of midnight, First Minister of Scotland Nikola Sturgeon announced. Residents will be required to stay at home except for essential reasons for the month of January. The move comes as U.K. Prime Minister Boris Johnson said tougher restrictions were set to be announced for England.
