Sep 16, 2021 (MarketNewsVideo.com via COMTEX) -- In trading on Thursday, the SPDR S&P Retail ETF (XRT) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 1% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Doordash (DASH), up about 5.7% and shares of Signet Jewelers (SIG), up about 5.3% on the day.

And underperforming other ETFs today is the Silver Miners ETF (SIL), down about 5.1% in Thursday afternoon trading. Among components of that ETF with the weakest showing on Thursday were shares of Coeur Mining (CDE), lower by about 10.2%, and shares of Hecla Mining (HL), lower by about 9.3% on the day.
