The company raised $423.5 million, as it sold 23,529,411 share in the IPO, which priced at $18 a share, compared with an expectation of between $16 and $18 a share. The stock is expected to start trading on the NYSE under the ticker symbol "COOK." The company is going public on the same day as Robinhood Markets Inc. /zigman2/quotes/228268942/composite HOOD -1.72% , the popular no-fee trading app being valued at roughly $30 billion.
