In trading on Tuesday, the iShares U.S. Utilities ETF is outperforming other ETFs, up about 1.2% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of DTE Energy, up about 2.3% and shares of National Fuel Gas, up about 2.2% on the day.

And underperforming other ETFs today is the iShares MSCI China ETF, off about 5.7% in Tuesday afternoon trading. Among components of that ETF with the weakest showing on Tuesday were shares of Xpeng, lower by about 15.2%, and shares of LI Auto, lower by about 12.6% on the day.
