In trading on Wednesday, the Rare Earth/Strategic Metals ETF is outperforming other ETFs, up about 4.8% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Standard Lithium, up about 5% and shares of Livent, up about 0.4% on the day.

And underperforming other ETFs today is the Oil Services ETF, down about 3.8% in Wednesday afternoon trading. Among components of that ETF with the weakest showing on Wednesday were shares of Propetro Holding, lower by about 7.2%, and shares of RES, lower by about 6.4% on the day.
